Joe joined Staub Leadership Solutions in 2001 and was named President later that year. With a strong background in counseling, coaching, management and applied leadership, Joe brings a wealth of talents and skills to the table. For more than a quarter of a Century, Joe has worked in the field of Human Systems Excellence and Leadership Effectiveness by helping individuals, groups, teams, organizations and communities through facilitating, teaching, coaching, training, counseling and personal example.
Joe’s experience covers not only a breadth of human systems dynamics and leadership solutions but also an applied depth of understanding and practice. He has worked extensively with executives, management teams and organizations in Corporate Renewal, Performance Improvement, Cultural Transformation, Applied Leadership Methodologies, Conflict Resolution, Team Development and Strategic Planning & Implementation. Joe also brings an in-depth process to Executive Coaching and Life Coaching through his “Strategic Life Plan” methodology and keen insights into leadership challenges both in interpersonal and intrapersonal dynamics.
Joe earned a BA in English from Concordia College, Bronxville, NY, and a Masters of Divinity from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, MO. He has three children, two of whom are now out of College and as he proudly points out, “Productive and Independent Wage Earners and Citizens.”
