Laurie McLain, Managing Partner and Director of Operations, has over 20 years of managerial experience in the areas of operations, administration and client relations. Joining Staub Leadership Solutions in 1995, Laurie plays a key role on the leadership team.

Her passion is centered on the development of people and the continued growth of the organization to fulfill that passion. This includes promoting Staub’s leadership development training, such as the HILS leadership development seminars and the Advanced Leadership Development Workshops. Also, Laurie is responsible for the publishing of leadership articles for the company.

Laurie is an active advocate for those who have special needs and continues to offer time and resources to make our community and organization a better place. Laurie lives in Kernersville, NC with her two children, Ashley and Joey.
