William N. “Bill” Simpson

Bill Simpson has had a deep and diverse career, spanning sales leadership, Pastoring a church and implementing a team organizational structure that resulted in a period of significant growth, training curriculum development and implementation, and even leading a multi-national Christian mission team in Senegal, West Africa.

In his current mission with Staub Leadership Solutions, Bill shares his vast experience and diverse knowledge with individuals, teams and organizations, striving to improve their communication, leadership, motivation and influencing skills. His diverse background gives him a unique ability to identify with leaders from all walks of life.

Bill holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from North Carolina State University and an M.A. degree in Cross-Cultural Evangelism from Columbia International University in Columbia, SC. He is the author of a layman’s theology book in the Wolof language of Senegal, West Africa. Bill and his wife, Tammy, have two children and live in High Point, NC.
