Neil Lingle
Neil Lingle joined Staub Leadership Solutions in 2007 after completing a thirty-one-year career in California law enforcement. He retired as the Undersheriff and Chief Operating Officer of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is the 4th largest sheriffs department in California with over 4,000 employees and an annual operating budget of 450 million dollars. Over the course of his law enforcement career Neil Lingle also served in two municipal law enforcement agencies and with the United States Marine Corps Military Police.
Neil Lingle possesses undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice, and a Master of Science degree in Management from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. He has been active in adult education for the past eighteen years and is presently an adjunct faculty member at Chapman University.
In November of 2004 Neil Lingle was elected to the Desert Sands Unified School District Board of Education. The Desert Sands Unified School District encompasses six communities and serves a diverse student population of over thirty-thousand students at thirty school sites.
Neil Lingle is widely respected for his ability to lead and mange complex organizations successfully. He recognizes the importance of developing high performing teams through powerful leadership and consistent practices. He has continually created high performance cultures through collaboration and focus. He understands the importance of execution and the relationship between people, processes and operations. He has led strategic planning teams and served as a mentor and professional development coach to emerging leaders and Chief Executives.
Neil Lingle lives in Palm Desert, California, with his wife Debbie and family.
