Conflict Resolution
Staub Leadership International offers training sessions for conflict resolution. In our program, participants learn how to diagnose "warranted" from "unwarranted" conflict as well as how to intervene and facilitate effective, results oriented resolution that produces "wise" outcomes while strengthening working relationships.
Participants also discover the two core "choices" that are present in every conflict: "Protection" or "Exploration" and the fundamental outcome or "results" that are produced by making one choice or the other. How to maximize the choice of "exploration" as well as how to maximize the chances of getting participants to move down that set of pathways (neural, psychological, sociological, emotional, interactive and behavioral) in order to produce better, stronger working relationships while focusing on conflict resolution and mending points of disagreement in ways that produce better bottom line results and outcomes.
