Develop Leadership Skills

Develop leadership skills with the Staub Leadership HILS program.  The HILS in brief is for middle to senior level executives and they attend a three (3) day public seminar that is offered once a month in Greensboro, NC with executives from many companies.  It offers perspective on other organizations along with their opportunities and challenges while focusing on core leadership skills and strategies that they can bring back to implement in improving their own leadership effectiveness and organizational impact.  

People participating get a 360 assessment, two psychological profiles that look at group behavior, motivational drivers, conflict orientation, personal style and approach to challenges both one-on-one and in groups.  Two text books are used: "The Heart of Leadership" and "The 7 Acts of Courage" along with a core orientation to I-B-R (Intent-Behavior-Result) along with deep insight into self and others.  People leave with an individualized leadership development and action plan.  (See website and PDF for more details).  There is no better way to develop leadership skills.
