Breaking the Spells of Limitation

Breaking the Spells of Limitation (BSL) is intended as an
advanced leadership training. Participants should already have
familiarity with their basic leadership, relationship and conflict
resolution styles as determined by 360 reviews, behavioral
assessments, and customized coaching.

In Breaking the Spells of Limitation, participants will be asked
to explore more deeply and creatively into the nature of selflimiting
beliefs which occur on the personal, organizational
and cultural levels. The training is less didactic and more
experiential than basic leadership seminars.

The participant will be introduced to:

• The science and nature of self-limiting beliefs in general
  and their own in particular.
• Tools for heightened awareness of self-limiting beliefs
  and of the program-driven interactions they create.
• Tools for breaking habitual patterns that limit creativity,
  excellence and growth.
