Team Building Seminar
The LIT is an intensive learning process conducted with participants who come from the same organization. This team building seminar is the fastest way of generating cultural transformation and integration while building teams, team working relationships and skills and also helping each individual participant to better understand him or herself as well as others.
The LIT experience is customized to the specific needs, organizational strategy and goals of the client organization. The focus in both on individual growth as well as team working skills and cross-functional team learning and overall leadership development and effectiveness. It consists of two (2) intensive days of training and work with groups of up to twenty (20) participants with three half-day follow-up sessions spread over a period of four (4) to six (6) months to deepen learning, add additional skills, reinforce commitments and development plans and extend effectiveness overall.
